'67 Safari plumbing diagram

Hello all,
I'm getting ready to tackle replacing my copper lines (some cracked) with Pex and new valves, etc. It looks like a PO did some replacement of plumbing lines and valves, but it looks a little wonky, so I'm not sure if I should simply replace what is there.

Does anyone have a diagram or schematic of the plumbing available? I'm hoping to understand the entire system before I start messing about with it.
