Hydraulic floor jack & assorted jack stands positioned under the main frame rails.

When I was working on my underbelly, I made a small "lift" that was basically a stack of two 2x12 pieces of wood, with enough room for a wheel chock at each end. I jacked up the trailer and inserted these under each wheel. I found that the extra 3" gave me adequate room to roll around underneath the trailer on a mechanic's creeper.

Interesting side note--I drove from Houston to Defuniak Springs, FL to buy my trailer 2 years ago--been working on it ever since!

Good luck!

Depends... I built a set of ramps out of 2x12's that were about 6" high. I have also used a hydraulic jack and jack stands. Prefer the 2x12 method.
