Wing Window

Due to the screws that hold my wing Windows together being broken I end up having to remove the rivets and take it to local machine shop to drill out. What is the best sealant to use when installing the Windows back in the as? I was think using the TremPro 635 Polyurethane or do I also need to use the butyl tape also?
