Wow! An hour made a major improvement. Mine was painted - horribly - and the paint was peeling.

flcracker, welcome to the 'club'! Mine was a diamond in the rough as well (and still is). I've been working on it for the past few years and its come a long way, hopefully ready for camping this summer! Hope yours goes easy for ya!

Could you post some interior pictures? This way we can watch your progression and see what you are dealing with.

Also, I noticed you posted this in the motorhome section of the site. It might be worth relocating it to the trailer section so you can get views from others with trailers. Let us know if you do so we can navigate over there and follow you.

STUNNING Improvement! Welcome to the forums. Moss and algae come in a stunning array of colors don't they? I was thinking this poor trailer had spent it's life next to a tar factory and "coming clean" wasn't going to happen.

Yes, pictures please! Are you going to put on new tires to tow it home, and does the electric connection work, or will you need temporary brake lots. You're probably going to become a well known character around Colefax NC - home of Out of Doors Mart - and source of many vintage parts.

Happy trails. Paula
