1973 Sovereign

As I mentioned in another thread, my husband and I just brought home a 1973 Sovereign two days ago. We've spent the weekend cleaning and making it look a little more suitable. We will be eventually gutting it, but for the time being, we are hoping to make it suitable for an inspection trip. It looks slightly less like a mobile crack house than it did before. (Just being honest here.) I feel like the more I clean, the more dirt (and mouse poo) there is. I was feeling rather low when my husband tried the A/C. IT WORKED! I can't say how relieved I was. So the roller coaster of emotions begins. Does everyone feel this way?

Mouse poop check, ac works check, now that we can have some cold mouse poop lets check the water system for sprinkler fun! No not really but the ac is one of the things that you wont need to replace and as you good you will find many morewhich may work or need just a little tweek or two. Enjoy your self and take pictures like a CSI in training some for posting and more for reference purposes. May seem more work than fun at times but then ther are those moments when you can sit back by a nice fire and realize that you did it and it is yours.
