that doesn't look like much movement, but the camera angle is also changed significantly between the 2 shots so it's hard to say.

What's the difference in vertical distance from the edge of the wheel to the lip of the wheel well, loaded vs. unloaded?

It compressed 1.5 inches measuring axle to fender lip. Can send video

I just took mine down from winter jack stands today. I didn't measure, but by eye, I get no more than 2" of compression on my 2007 model. FWIW.
