1998 Excella 1000.... picked up today
Picked up today from an rv campground in central Florida
Needs a good wash.... ac shroud and that's about all.... and new tires... had set for 6 years unused on the site... we have a lot to learn

Was the source of the floor damage a leak in the vent above?
The new flooring looks nice, and the trailer overall looks good!
What else are you finding that needs attention?

That's directly under the AC unit.
Most likely the pan leaked and in FL there most likely was condensation buildup/drip from the air distribution box.
