buying an Excella-need help

I am looking at a 1984 31' excella in good condition. Any ideas on how to find out the price? The owner has no idea. It has been updated over the years and other than cosmetic blemishes and new tires it doesn't look bad. Thank you

I would think an average of about $8000 for such a unit, depending on actual condition of interior, axles, appliances, and evidence of any leaks.

We paid 9,000 for our 81 excellaII about 8 yrs ago. It has been a loyal friend (we're not famous for mantenance). Everything still works however wehave replaced ac,toilet and water heater. Not bad for being so old. A family of 4 was living in it when we bought it. They were building their dream home. We are starting a complete interior renovation right now just for a new look.
