86 excella

im new to the airstream world .bought a 86 excella . its been 1/2 gutted .galley is still intact .trying to figure out about a 120 volt switch thats above the sink on the wall ,what it works .any ideas

On my '88 Limited that's for the outlet under the sink. Ours had an instant hot water thing plugged into it.

On my 86 Sovereign, it switched 120volt ac between the microwave and air conditioner so that you couldn’t run them both at the same time. The original equipment microwave used about a gigawatt and could boil water in less than 30 minutes!

Most have been bypassed by now.

Our switch for the microwave/AC is in the cabinet above the stove. It's interesting the changes between models and a couple years.
