1966 Ambassador VIN question

I just bought-what I believe is, a 1966 Ambassador for restoration.
We have a 1973 Ambassador with a 10 digit VIN that was easily decoded, however, the 1966 VIN has stumped me. I've attached a photo, in case anyone could help me figure it out.

Looks like a 68, built in Ohio, from what I can see on my phone screen.

Yep, it's a 1968 Airstream Ambassador made in Ohio with the International trim package.
