Window/Vent repair vs Replacement

I'm looking at a 71 Tradewind and there are a couple of damaged areas that I'm curious how difficult they are to address.

The vent near the front has no seal and was leaking as we looked at it (we don't usually get a lot of rain, but we do get plenty of snow... so its hard to say how much that's leaked over time.)

One of the front side windows has a hack to be able to close it or hold it together... i feel like it might need the whole window to come out and be re-installed.

Are these complicated or expensive? I'm handy, I've got tools... just don't know where to begin with them yet.
