Thoughts on drilling a little drainage hole in

I've found a few leaks (rained pretty hard last night) and I'd like to drill little drainage holes at the bottom of the sill, which is angled downward, so they drain.



Thoughts?

Hard to respond w/o some more info. Is it the entry door sill you're asking about? What year and model Airstream would be helpful to know too.
