Stove Top Fan in a Vintage 1963

I have a 1963 Bambi and have done a frame off restoration, so I have an intimate understanding of moisture issues over time.

Should be installing interior skins when the weather improves. Then appliances & cabinets. What are people’s thoughts on installing a stove top fan, and cutting a new hole in the outer skin of a vintage trailer ?

Unless you are a purist or plan on having it judged for originality I would add the fan. It also depends on how much cooking you do. Another possibility is if yours has the stove right under the rear window use a fan in the ceiling vent to blow air into the trailer and out the window over the stove.
