Rubbber door stop 1957

Does anyone know where to find a rubber door stop for the 1957? The small rectangular piece that fit in the bracket. It looks a lot like one for a Toyota FJ40 hood, but I don't have one to compare with.

Thanks,

Seth

Not sure about the rectangular shape. My early 58 has round bumpers on the door/screen door hold backs. They're available from VTS.

The raised bracket is the bump stop/holdback for the door. The one to the right one is the holdback for the screen door.

I assume you could use either one for a one piece door.

Mine looks different than that. Here is a picture of it. It may work with 2 of the round ones.

The round ones definitely look like they would stand off too far to latch it though.

Judging from your rivets, it looks like the style I have was one your originally, and replaced later with the VTS style one.
