replacing 2023 FC 27' FTB window

Dear Streamers,

I neglected to secure a window (30", tall, opening) on my trailer, arrived at destination to find window did not make the full trip. I am looking for advice on replacing the window. First, can I buy the parts online from Airstream (what site)? Second, is this a DIY job, or should I turn it over to an Airstream dealer as recommended in the manual? Seems pretty simple, if parts are available.

I did the same thing on my Motorhome (e.g. leaving it open). And another mishap with my airstream. For airstream, you can:

1. Call a dealer close to you, maybe just north of Denver off I 25. Have them order the part and designate which window (passenger or driver side and if it is the emergency exit).

2. Or, I did replace mine on a 2023 Flying Cloud last year. It’s not super hard. However, getting the screen back into the pressure beaded frame was a pain for the exit window, i managed it ok (my dealer ordered my replacement on warranty). If it happened again, i would have the dealer so it and schedule some other maintenance (tire rotations or brakes) at the same time.
