Gasket question

Hi gang!
I have a '79 Argosy and have already pulled all of the windows, and cleaned off all of the old gasket material.

Question to all...I looked on the Inland RV site -D gasket is $1.15 / foot.
Out of Doors Mart is $37 / 50' = $.74 / foot.

Is there ny difference? I figured I needed approx. 500', ODM would be quite a savings!

Thanks for your input!

Vicki

You do not need 500 feet. That's enough for four 31 foot trailers.

Or one 31-foot trailer messed up three times before you get it right.

That sounds closest to right... just how I'd do it!

ODM will cut any length you request. I got enough to do my 25' Safari.

Most Airstream parts selling dealers will cut gaskets to any length needed.

For what it's worth......
I replaced all my gaskets (windows, door, screen door, hatches and roof vents.
All I needed to do was tell "Inland RV" the year and model of my camper and they new what I needed. I did not need to measure.
When I went to install, I had every thing i needed and very little waste.
