1976 Sovereign Window Removal

Need to take the windows out to clean and replace the gaskets, but cannot find any information on removing the window. Can anyone help? Thanks!

The trick is after disconnecting the lifters raise the window higher than 90 degrees until the J hinge disengages.

I did mine last year and you will want to go to a single pane glass but you will need a thick rubber gasket to make up for the loss of the bad thermo pane. They will take 4-7 hours each to fix. Call me if needed. Ron 612-282-3971.
