1967 Safari Door

I need info on removing the entrance door on my 1967 Safari.
The door is out of alignment and squeaks when opening.
I have lubricated it with silicon and oil, but still squeaks.
Perhaps the pin inside the hinge is bent.
Can anyone help so solve the squeaking or guide me as of how to remove the door?
