Question What to Seal Water Tank Belly Pan ???

The wife spoke to Inca today and they have sent the repaired freshwater tank back to us today so we should have it by the weekend. So I need to get ready to re-install it. The tin or steal pan that holds the tank between the axial in a 79 Excella 31" had some sealer around it, was it Vulkem or plumbers putty tape? What do you think I should use.

If Vulkem, are there places I should look for it locally? I asked at an RV supply house but they had never heard of it.

Thanks,
Dan

I believe Home Depot carries Vulkem. If not try Vintage Trailer Supply. Vintagetrailersupply.com.
