What is this water valve do?

Please help me identify the closed valve shown by the red arrow in this picture. It's next to the water heater in a 2014 27ft. Flying Cloud. I can't find it mentioned in the User's Manual and have never opened it as I've not needed to winterize until this year. I have operated the yellow by-pass valve when flushing the water heater.

Many thanks for your help.

It doesn't look like ours, but being that it's on the floor, good guess would say it's one of the low point water line drains.
Open it see if water comes out under the trailer.
