The dreaded mixing valve got fouled up with calcium. You can pull the water heater out, or disassemble furniture inside to reach the back of the water heater and replace the valve OR try this cheap, easy cheat.
Calcium deposits are stubborn and hard to remove, but granny knew a trick - distilled white vinegar (granny used it for "personal cleansing" too) breaks the bond between calcium and tile, toilet bowl, pipes, aerators, etc. Buy gallons, it's cheap. Put it into the white water tank, diluting slightly with water is fine. Use your water tank and pump to supply water to the trailer. Drip each faucet sending hot vinegar water down the drain. All of that water will go thru the mixing valve, and every sink aerators, and if you choose thru the kitchen sink. It will take hours. When the white tank goes dry refill it with water and blast the water out the faucets and toilet. Your mixer valve should be ok, but they do go bad eventually. You'll want to drain the water heater and refill too. The coach will smell like vinegar for a while.
If you do replace the valve, check it before tossing. A washer or a big piece of crud from a failing inline filter may have clogged it. Repairing it and keeping it as a spare -hey it's $100 or so.
