You are probably seeing the low point drains for the fresh water system. One is for the hot tap and the other for cold.

The drain for your fresh water tank is probably connected directly to the tank and looks like a valve cock with a small lever. On my 27FB, its located between the road side tires and mounted on the side of the tank.

Mine is the same way. There are two low point drains with red handles under the fresh water tank, but there’s also a smaller white petcock to drain the fresh water tank.

Fresh water drains

If you decide to drain your water tank, pack a lunch. It took mine hours to drain. If I remember correctly, it was almost 4 hours. What is AS thinking putting this tiny little drain valve on a big tank? It was very frustrating to say the least.

the big cock on the side of mine dumps water really quick..i was told the 2 smaller low cocks are for winterising the rest of the water lines and will not drain the fresh tank...seems to be correct info as i filled my fresh tank and opens the two small cocks and bugger all happened ...then i opened the big side cock and bam!...fresh tank emptied real quick
