replacing old copper plumbing

Hi Everybody.
New user here. I am a female owner of a 1976 Airstream Sovereign 31. I am replacing the old copper plumbing with pex. I have finished the bath and now I will pull the old copper out of the area between Kitchen and Bath (center bath) that I cannot see. Is it hung or fastened in any way? Can't tell off of my Manuels schematics. There does appear to be a join? Not sure what that is. Any insight would be appreciated.

Hello,

Not sure about your model, but i am working on a '72 Ambassador and after removing my cabinets I found out that my copper piping was fastened to the wheel well. Might not apply to you but I would try and open it up as much as possible before pulling any pipe out.
