Removing Black Water Tank from Overlander

We're going to remove the black water tank from our 1972 Overlander. My guess is that I would remove the belly pan in the rear, remove some mounting straps, and lower it.

Is this correct? If not, how best to do it?

Thanks!

Jay

On my 75, the black tank was on top of the floor. The toilet was on a raised platform that covered the tank.
