Outside shower pressure

I have a 2018 27FB and have terrible pressure on the outside shower. It comes out as a trickle. And yes, I have it turned all the way up. Not sure if this is normal or a specific problem I’m having. Great pressure at the bathroom sink; kitchen sink and inside shower are OK but not nearly as good as bathroom, and outside shower the worst. Whether on city water or pump doesn’t matter. Anyone else have a similar issue? If so, any ideas to improve pressure for outside shower? It looks like the hose connection for the shower head is minuscule, so thinking that’s the issue but don’t know.

Always good to check for clogs from mineral deposits, etc.

Some good suggestions here:

check the shower head and connecting hose for water-saving fittings. It's a fairly small diameter hose, so I do not have much expectations other than rinsing feet.

I replaced the outside shower with this
https://www.amazon.com/gp/prod...ear...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I had the same problem with mine from day one. Alot of fiddling didn't improve the shower. There are several discussions on forum about replacing this inadequate shower.
I now have a usable trouble free outside shower. Doug

Thanks, have done that. I think that is the way they are.

Exterior shower

Replaced the poor exterior OEM shower head on my 2022 AS Flying Cloud with this $19.00 kitchen sink sprayer by Danco. 1000% better performance! Unscrew the old and screw this one on. Uses the OEM hose. Fits inside the shower box just fine.

The package says for kitchen sinks only. That’s false. The only way to shut it off is via the hot and cold water faucet knobs in the shower box but it’s a heck of a good trade-off and cheaper than some of the other posts.

Not sure this discussion is still of interest but I made some easy mods to increase water pressure with the existing system. I took the hand wand apart and discovered that the lever that allows you to turn the wand on and off actually acts upon a cone shaped piece of plastic that sits in the hole which allows water into the wand. I removed this bit (which also defeats the on/off functionality). Now the hole itself is quite small which serves to further restrict water flow. So I drilled out the hole with a half inch drill. After reassembling, the water flow was much improved, but still not quite as good as indoor shower.

This is a common "upgrade" from AS and other RV owners which has been posted here several times...check ETrailer for parts or even your AS dealer...they are carrying the "quick disconnect" replacement along with various coil hoses. Many folks DIY. This allows better flow along with choice of hose/attachments, including just a shower attachment if thats what your after. The QD means you have to carry your hose elsewhere, but not a big deal to me...with a 10-25' coil type hose, you can add any attachment at the other end to spray down your rig, your shoes, wash the dog, or what ever.
