opinion please

Good Morning,
We are still working on redoing our 79 argosy, about 21' long. Saying that, I'm wanting to install a glass sink for the bathroom, above counter mount. Do you think I will have any trouble with sink during travel? like not staying connected at drain or breakage or anything like that? The bathroom sink is located in the rear of trailer.
Thank you in advance for any opinions.

Should be fine. It’s a common mod.

Have fun,
John

We didn't use glass, but as long as the countertop and cabinet are properly mounted you shouldn't have any issues. We have a rear bath on a 26' single axle Overlander.

I saw something on television - one of those do-it-yourself shows - about glass sinks shattering in houses. Usually happened at night when everyone was sleeping and was found with bare feet when owner walked in. Argh! Don't know if it.was.one manufacturer, cheap glass or what. May be a solved problem. See if you can get a warrantee for trailer use.

Vessel sinks can be beautiful, but I would probably opt for a metal one.

There’s always a problem with ghosts. We’ve had one for years that we call “Mr. Bear”. But I think they’re more prevalent in house than RV’s.
