New tanks needed

Hello All
First time post.We have purchased a 79' Sovereign in need of renovation.
I was hoping to get some feedback on replacing all the on board plumbing
tanks. Black water, grey and freshwater systems were removed by an earlier
owner.....Not sure where to start. New / used? Any advice would be greatly
appreciated.

The first huge task is to make the trailer weatherproof.

All the exterior gaskets, unless they have been replaced, will need to go, especially the sewer vent pipe cover gaskets that only last 2 to 3 years.

Then, if you seek additional help, what model do you have?

Are you sure it's a 79, and, is it a rear bath or center bath.

You might consider getting a "service manual" which will answer many questions that are sure to pop up.

Andy

Thanks Andy
79' sovereign 31 ft. It is a center bath. All the tanks are missing. The service manual sounds like a great place to start.
