Update. Had to fix the crooked installation. And I got a nice metal hose that fits in the shower compartment.
For $50 or less once Airstream bulk purchased at wholesale, they could have this instead of the plastic crap.

airstream doesn’t seem to understand their customer base. if you’re spending $100,000 on a trailer, for gods sake don’t put the same junk fixtures that come on a new $20,000 trailer. it makes no sense.

Ricjones,
Do you have a link to the metal hose you got for it? I did the “upgrade” to the black plastic one and it was leaking like crazy on my last trip and I hate that it has to be stored in another location, I greatly prefer your setup, well done!

You're not looking at this as Thor does.
"Can I charge more for the trailer if I improve the outdoor shower?"
More importantly,
"How many buyers will walk away from a $100,000 trailer because the outdoor shower is junk?"

Thanks but the credit goes to the folks earlier in the thread. I hated the shower but did not realize it was an easy upgrade.

I am not sure. I opened the compartment and it seems like a 10 foot would fit. If you have Prime, you could order the 5 and 10 footers and send one back. I hate to do that but all those trucks are already going back and forth everyday so it really does not cause the waste you might think it does. But I am guessing the 10 foot would fit, especially if you cut off the now unneeded holder in the upper left.
