Looks like decent access that’s a plus.
When you’re positive about source of leak, at least this is my approach.
A hacksaw blade can cut the copper clamps at each end of the pipe at a fitting. Carefully remove the valve and short sections of the pipe.
Take remains to hardware or home center as I need this but new.
Pipe should be PEX a short stick, new valve and now how to clamp.
I have a small survival kit of PEX and the Flairit by Pexlock clamps. These slide on the pipe and a simple channel lock pliers set the clamps. They are even reusable.
