Leak at sewer light

Hi all...consulting the brain trust here. We have a 2017 Sport 22. We noticed a small seeping leak from the sewer light. Just enough where its building and dripping off every so often. I took a look under the closet floor and everything is bone dry. However, this light is under the black tank (I believe), and I can't access it. Does anyone know where this leak could be coming from or, how to access under the tank?

Also, I noticed that there are no bolts holding in the metal bracket holding up the skid plate/support. If anyone knows a size for those, let me know! Thank you!
