Exterior shower box

I have a 2023 interstate lounge. My shower box on the driver side has a cracked frame. Believe it or not my dealer cracked it when they were repairing something else. Unfortunately they refuse to accept responsibility. I’m wondering if anybody has swapped out the shower box themselves? Is it easy? It seems like a cheap part. I found it for only $140 online. I’m trying to decide if I should do this myself or pay another dealer to do it.

I’d upgrade to the stainless one if swapping out.

Can't do that as it's an Interstate. Need to keep the body style all the same. Have you ever swapped out the box?

Airstream usually doesn’t change things and they might still be using the same assembly. If we’re talking about the same thing then I have swapped out the valve inside but had to remove the whole enclosure to do so. A bit of a PITA to get to the back side underneath the van. I posted the swap out here on post# 68
