Dump Mechanism - 2015 Flying Cloud 30 Bunk

Would someone mind posting an exterior picture of the drain mechanism for the black and gray water tanks?

We had the rear left hand side (facing forward towards the tow vehicle) tire blow out/come apart. It damaged the wheel well trim, the underbelly (behind the tire) and the drain.

I'm having a bit of trouble figuring out all that was damaged and is now missing...

Thanks!!!

Hopefully the picture is what you needed. Sorry you have to deal with this. Two suggestions:

1). If you have the Marathon tires, get rid of them

2). Get a TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System). If will inform you if tire pressure is getting low or you have a blowout.

Yep, like Bill said. The Goodyear “China Bomb” Explodathons are more headache than they are worth.

The New Goodyear Endurance is turning out to be a good tire or go with the tride and true Michelin LTX

Hi

Quick list:

You lost both dump handles and likely damaged the rods / mounts that connect to them. ( = all that needs to be replaced. You also lost the final valve on the outflow if your trailer had one.

It would be a really good idea to poke a bit at the drain plumbing, it likely took a hit as well ....

My 2014 bunk doesn't have that 3rd valve. I'm guessing 2015 didnt either.

If you are talking about the valve in front, in between the other two valves, that is an aftermarket add-on.
