Black Tank Fittings

Moving forward on my 1973 land yacht and final order tanks today a gray and black. The tanks are abs plastic and has the 3" dump fittings and probes but I will need to add the toilet and vent as well as a vent and inlet for the gray. Any suggestions on how to glue the fittings to the tanks? I've not been able to find a rv shop the spin fits as yet but thought I read a forum here about using a glue but not been able to get back to it. Suggestions please?

Many are now using the rubber grommet method. I Order new tanks too and this is the method they suggest. Cut the hole to proper size, install fitting and add pipe. Simple is good 😄

For your project no need to spin weld- glue with abs cement. Quick and easy. My tanks are poly and nothing will glue that's why they use grommets or spin weld. I like the grommets better. Abs is the easiest to work with- glue and through.
