31' 1970 Sovereign water leak

I have a 31' 1970 Sovreign that is dripping water out of a (drain) tube next to the waste dump fitting when the water tank is pressurized by the water pump. There are two such drain pipes (they look like 3/8 " sugical tubing), one on each side of the dump fitting. As you look at it, facing forward, it's the one on the left. The right side tube drains when either of the rear pressure relief valves are opened. Is there maybe a drip pan under the hot water tank that is collecting a leak? My original owners manual does not mention this drain.

At the rear of your Airstream, there are two drain valves that are used when winterizing. Clear colored hoses are attached to them and go through the underbelly.

Those valves, as with any valve can leak in time.

There is another drain hose connected to the "111" valve. That valve will blow off any excess water pressure from a city water supply. In time, they can start seeping as well.

Airstream did not install any pan under the water heater.
