Our 2018 30’ Classic is new to us and seems very lightly used.
This is our first time after winter to be able to fill the water tank and run pre-camping testing.
In testing the water pump we heard a loud rattle. Started to trace it at the pump it self...which is noisier then we expected...but the noise was a loud, tin vibration.
We think we found it under the bathroom sink. It appears that the cold water chrome shut off valve it hitting the Alde fins under the bathroom sink. It’s hard to get your head up in the cabinet (with bifocals
) to really see how the water line is held in place.
Thinking about putting some foam pipe insulation around the chrome valve shut off instead of trying to anchor it the the cabinet shelf. We understand things need to flex and move while towing but it looks like this valve shut off has been hitting for a while because the vertical Alde fins are bent in that exact same area.
Anyone else have this problem and a suggestion for a fix?
