16ft Sport-Valves under the kitchen bench

I recently purchased my KatCave sport 16ft. I am trying to learn about the valves under that cushion bench. Here are 3 valves. When the camper isn't being stored or winterized, what position should these 3 valves be in? Open or Closed? Thanks!!! Katie
