......when people ask , "which one will you sell when your done?", and you look at them as if they have two heads.
...... you keep a list in your cell phone of every unit you've seen in a backyard, old farm or back road in 2 states. The list contains contact numbers that you've looked up on tax web sites...and you call folks every other month just to let them know "i'm still interested!"
