Where to buy a new Airstream

My wife and I just bought a new airstream international signature 25 fb from a wonderful dealer in Columbus, Ohio (home of The Ohio State Buckeyes! But that's beside the point...).

I talked with many salespeople and visited several dealers in moving to this purchase, and I was appalled, with the exception of this one Ohio dealer. The quality of basic display, marketing, and selling skills is atrocious, and the basic understanding of basic human respect and courtesy is numb. A different Ohio airstream dealer, where airstream is almost an aside from their other business portrayed the worst customer experience I have ever had when buying any product.

I congratulate Hadocy for their professionalism, and their airstream-passion, and I hope this insight inspires other dealers to up their professionalism significantly.

Hint to dealers: it's not about YOU. Success is about the customer.

I had an equally good experience on the other end of the US with Airstream NW in Portland, Oregon. With the other dealer in Oregon I felt like they run it like an old car lot.

Kudos for being professional.

I am pleased that you also had a good experience... Airstream deserves the most professionalism... Phenomenal company, product, heritage and culture. Airstream may have all the sales they can produce (?) but just a significant improvement in their training of salespeople would make them much more successful...
Best to you, and see you on the trails.
