What travel magazines do you read?

I am looking for a good magazine that is about traveling with a travel trailer that talks about different places to stay . Any suggestions?

Trailer Life

There are other magazines for traveling, but Airstream Life is the ultimate for those of us with like interest in Airstream trailers. It not only talks about places but gives good tips on the Airstream, plus has alot of articles which apply to travelers as well as full timers. And the pictures are great. Rich Luhr and family are on the road 9 mo. of the year in their own AS and find lots of interesting people who contribute articles to their magazine. AND there is an online version.

Who needs a magazine when you have AIR Forums?!
In all seriousness, I do read several regional magazines from around the southeast to get ideas of places I'd like to visit. Not necessarily all travel or camping related. The small local magazines often feature places that are a little more off the beaten path, and much less prone to the tourist crowds. I keep a small library of travel books in the AS as well. If the wife and I get bored while traveling, another tourist trap is never more than the flip of a few pages away!

Gary,

Do you belong to Good Sams? We use their emergency road service (which is better than AAA if you tow a trailer). Along with membership, you get a nice magazine with all sorts of trailer travel kind of stuff.

I would also look into the state travel bureau websites for the areas you would like to travel. Most will have a travel guide/event calendar they publish annually. I get several.

One last suggestion... check out the website Roadside America, they offer a "travel guide to unusual attractions, tourist traps, weird vacations, and road trips."

Happy travels... and see you at the Bash!
