I took this picture way back in the early nineties, when I lived on Lake Winnipesaukee in central New Hampshire...
This stunningly beautiful Salt Box Cape, was just up the road from me. I used to buy all of my fresh vegetables there. Their corn was out of this world!!!!
Longridge Farm is the oldest still operating farm in New Hampshire, from back in the early 1700's!!!!
Today, it is run by Moulton Farm (
Moulton Farm has the best produce, plants and farm goods!) in Meredith, NH is a destination for
plants, produce and fresh baked goods. Their corn is famous and visitors
also enjoy exploring the corn maze. Moulton Farms also operates Longridge
Farm and farmstand in Meredith, preserving a farm that has operated since
the early 1700's.
I think that it holds the record for being the most photographed farm house in New England.
PS. That's the only pumpkin tree in New Hampshire!
Thank you for liking the picture!
