The Simple Life...simply stupid!
Well, I wasted an hour tonight -- I tuned in the new reality show "A Simple Life." I was hoping for more glimpses of the trailer but, sigh, the Airstream is not the star in this show. The trailer got maybe 2 minutes of show time in the whole of the one hour episodes (less 20 minutes of commercials). Not worth the time from my perspective. The rest of the show was spent showcasing the idiot escapades of the two bim's.

Oh, they're sort of adorable & good natured. A little goes a long way, no doubt, but I would have been tickled to have had them at Moraine View ...

All I heard was a great sucking sound. It was the half hour of my life I will never get back. Man I gave up half way through the second half hour episode. Lucky for me the kids wanted to watch Pokemon during the first half hour, saved some of my life.

Ummm...which part was that? Was that when they were babysitting and the parents gave them some instructions to follow like no swearing in front of their daughter...and then Nicole tried (unsuccessfully, thank goodness), to coax the little girl to repeat a swear word or to rhyme a bad word.

I kind of enjoyed the mermaid sequence. And I think the park manager was a saint.

That's the dumbest program I ever saw.
If that Airstream isn't already trash, it surely will be by the time they're finished with it.
I couldn't believe anybody would put a metal cooking pot in the microwave and leave it in there until the handle melted. Warranty? What warranty?

only redeeming quality imo....
i wonder how many "staff members" it took to set the trailer up each time?
those two are certainly uncapable of doing it themselves...would be fun to see either or both of them rolled up in the zip dee!
maybe paris could use her head for a wheel chock.

nope. too soft
I actually tried to watch some of it, but I just couldn't stand it...they are just SO annoying. I don't think I've ever seen anyone so utterly useless in my life. I guess perhaps that's the point of the program. its a "freak show". "look at these freaks. so much money, yet absolutely worthless".

Summerkid.
I am willing to bet that there were a few of the male species that would agree with this....

I thought it was funny that even the horse didn't want anything to do with her. What they shoveled in the sack, was what I thought of the show. The only thing good was the fact I don't have to remember to set that time aside each Wed. I quit about 1/2 way thru the 2nd one & by then the evening was shot, so went right pass go & to the ice cream & some reading.
Best,

They are not *that* stupid. Its all a show. Paris was on Letterman this week and said they did the stupid stuff because thats what the show wants...
Of course she could have said that just so she would not look so dumb
Agreed that the AS will be trashed!

Anyone pay attention to the truck? Isn't it a half ton short bed?
Would that be a good choice for a 25' CCD?
