So glad to hear your bud is back online. It's the scariest proposition for a pilot to possibly lose their pilot medical certification. When I was a young lad in this great nations Air Force, no matter how good you thought you were or how much you prepared, you always sweated the next "check ride". A mentor of mine told me many years ago there is a point at which in your career and age that you stop worrying so much about that grim reaper sim experience and start worrying more about the annual or six-month physical exam. I used to shrug that off being so young, but now so true. Blue skies to all of you aviators out there!
