Remembering Airstream Heroes and Families on Memorial Day

Since we have these beautiful rolling works of art that are 100% American made. It occurred to me on this Memorial Day, that there must be veterans, soldiers who are active duty, or family members of military personnel in the AS community who we can remember, and thank. It would be a nice tribute to hear your affiliation with the American military -- I'd like to thank my brother, Lt. Colonel Abbinanti, who has been serving the country for 22 years, and my dad who is a retired Army sargeant, but who proudly continues to work with the Army to decorate the graves of soldiers who were forgotten in the past.

OK, I'll start...I'm a retired USAF LtCol..Vietnam and the first Gulf excursion. Son is currently in Iraq with the 3rd Inf Div. Keep him and his unit in your thoughts.
Have a good, safe Memorial Day.

Our son is active Army. He's in the 10th Mountain Div.

He's done one tour in Iraq and is going back for another.
I'd rather be boon docking in the desert.

Our Army son has been in Korea and Iraq and is now back in the States. A great big THANK YOU to him and his family and to all military and their families and the sacrifice they endure through their daily lives being in danger on the battlefield and being separated from their families. You are each in our prayers and may God bless you!
