Opinions very welcome...
Hey guys! looks like I jumped the gun and am now wallowing in despair. I had a '59 Land Yacht lined up for purchase, and thought all was good. However the seller backed out due to not wanting to deal with a long distance sale.
I am now looking at a '65 Globetrotter. However the seller is asking 12,000, and I am trying to figure out a decent counter offer while taking into consideration the known condition of the trailer. From the information the seller has posted, the exterior appears to be in fair condition (no major dings, dents, etc.) However, the interior needs a complete remodel, and it needs to be replumbed for the bathroom to be operational, as well as purchase for a new toilet. I am going off the assumption at this point that the other appliances including the AC are operational.
Knowing all of this, can anyone help me with a suitable counter offer? Any help is appreciated.
