Opening Day?

So it's finally the weekend. I've finally got a "free day".

Last week, I received my new rear bumper. I thought I would head outside and do some work.............

Uh.....

Where did the bumper go? Hmmm.. 30 inches of snow behind the trailer....

Looks like I'll back the plans up a bit.

So when do I get to start working on the trailer?

work

Larry ordered the Centramatics for the trailer and truck and they arrived here yesterday. Looks like they have to stay in the boxes for a little while. We have about 10 of that white stuff covering everything here!

Did you get one of the bumpers from VTS? I came close to buying one but after shipping it was just out of reach.

Since I cant get out of dry dock in time for the shuttle rally, I am thinking about spending another week here and ordering a set of these myself. Do they look easy to install?

Rodney.

Installation of the Centramatics, is easier than opening a can of beer.

1. Take a wheel off.

2. Slip the Centramatic balancer over the drum studs.

3. Reinstall the wheel.

This applies for the steel wheels.

If mag wheels are used, they make need a different model of the Centamatics, and might need to have the outer ring face one of two ways, depending on the mag wheel design.

All the owner needs to spec, is how many holes, what size wheel, and steel or mag.

Got this one on Ebay. Brand new. $135 shipped.

Got some customization in mind, of course. This entire trailer is turning into an experiment!

Seeing the wheel possibly not fit back on will require a beer afterwards.
