I caught them once in San Diego while in college 73? which as it turns out was the loose basis for the movie "Almost Famous'. A neighbor DJ gave me tickets and we sat behind the stage. Dickey Betts...awesome.
Eat a Peach CD has a permanent spot in the CD case

Whoa! Kris Kristofferson. Now I’m really sold on the film.
There is an interview on YT somewhere with John Prine telling the story about when he first heard Clay Pigeons and knew he had to record it.
The Aretha video was really moving.
