OMG It's the sun and it's warm!!!

I remember this. It's a balmy 45 degrees and it's actually warm inside! Once the mush evaporates with the last of the melting snow and the ground becomes solid again it might be time to dewinterize!!!!YIPPIE!!!! You people in the sunshine states with long camping seasons make me SO jealous.

I am beginning to understand the Druids. That strange bright object in the sky is so unfamiliar and full of promise.

Here I thought you were referring to North Dakota but then there was no mention of the snow storm that is going to hit Sunday night into Monday.....that is how I knew you weren't talking about good old North Dakota.

I am actually just starting to see a hint of green in the lawn. I did sneak away last week with the AS to SC. When I got home, I thought I'd take it back to storage, but it has been below freezing every night. So, I've had to keep her home, on shore power to keep heat to the plumbing. I REFUSE to re-winterize it!

You like sun and warm? You would love it here, 99 degrees today.

That's too much of a good thing. Give me 78* and sunny every day!

That's for sure. We have plenty of hot here. On a side note do not attempt to work on a polished Airstream in the sun when it's 99 degrees out. It makes 99 feel like 109.

It was nice here, too! That's because I did a necked dance last night in the moonshine.

Thank heavens it wasn't a full moon! The local sheriff would have been able to see me, then he would have tied me up back in the prairie dog field and let them have at me!

I want to be where you are! We are tired of being S.A.D. and suffering from seasonal Airstream disorder!

Dance and howl at the moon all you want, just don't do any rain dances, please.

It hit 100 degrees in Phoenix today. I agree; where did spring go -- It must be in Prescott or someplace a little farther north!

Our Denver relatives were here last week to see the last of the spring training games. They had to take the Interstates home, because it's still winter in the Colorado Rockies...

It's springtime and wildflower time in Anza-Borrego Desert

After a 5-night stay at Agua Caliente San Diego County Park, we left at noon yesterday, as the thermometer pushed the high 90s.

But it's still spring in Anza-Borrego Desert, California, and the wildflowers are still blooming, and sun umbrellas, awnings, sunglasses, Tilley hats, protective clothing and sunblock are in order.

Spring has sprung in central Illinois. Daffodils, crocus and other early blooms are up, trees are beginning to bud and green is coming into the lawn.

Love spring, a time of renewal and beauty and all those good, heartwarming things that just make ya smile.

Also puts me in a sprucing-up and cleaning up and ridding out frenzy---every year. Poor Doug.

Enjoy.

Were camping!! It was in the 60s yesterday and today mid 70s and the 80 Sunday! 5mph winds, Perfect! This is our (mine, someone else is still sleeping) view from Melvern Lake KS.
The dogs won't pose for the picture but still insist on being in it.

What a great campsite! We should be out there too. Melvern Lake isn't too far from us. It is a beautiful weekend in the heartland!
