Need help from england for trailor registration

I need help with the registration of a A/S in the netherlands.
I can not get the trailor registerd here anymore with the electric brakes.
Only when it is registerd as an EU trailor it is no problem.
That can be done in England without any problem.
but I need a person reciding in the UK for that.

Am back on the list afer a long time.
Still looking for help and advise from one of the UK members
this becouse a change in import regulations.
I can't get a airstream regestert here with the electrick brakes
Unit is imported from a oher EU country.
