I could not get any of the videos to load. Any one have a clue what codec they are using? I am using a Mac with Firefox. Thier website was no help.

Michelle, I just went there with Firefox, and the videos loaded for me. It looks like the videos load in a version of Windoze media player, that may be the problem.
