Of course it's true. It amazing how many people don't know about remajestification. Few know that Teddy Roosevelt led the fight to create the Rocky Mountains so he would have someplace to hunt. Since the Rockies were built out of paper and flower glue to save money in 1904, considerable work has to be done each year to rebuild the mountains with new water proof glue and glossy paper. Before 1904 Rocky Mtn. NP and the rest of the west was flat as pancake.

As much as I love the Mtns there, I wish they would have taken some time to add in foothills to the east. The way the mountains pop out of the plains just isn't authentic. I understand there are always budget issues, but still. Its sort of like how all public buildings are now made plain and cheap without thought of beauty- all in the name of money. I hear that the new waterproof glue they have developed extends the service cycle and is really helping to offset the labor costs of remajestifcation there.

And just when I had begun to think that there were no more websites worthy of my time.

Thanks - Pat
